Onlinegolf want you to feel totally confident that you’ve purchased the right club(s). Now you can with their 90-day Test Drive programme.
The following offer applies to all NEW clubs priced £100 or more…
If for any reason you are not happy with the performance of your club(s) within 90 days of purchase then you may return them. Upon receipt of the clubs they will e-mail you a voucher worth 90% of the price you paid towards the purchase of an alternative clubs. This offer applies to clubs that are not damaged and show only normal wear. During the 90 days there is no limit on the number of times you can use the clubs.
Onlinegolf used to offer a 30 day trial, but many customers who only get to play golf at the weekends, asked them if they could extend the trial period – so they did! This is a unique offer that is not currently available from any other UK based golf retailer

Gift Vouchers
Onlinegolf offer their customers the opportunity to purchase Gift Certificates, allowing you to make their wide range of golf products special gifts that keep on giving. Certificates can be purchased in stylised paper voucher or email form, enabling you to either include your gift certificate in a birthday or greeting card, or simply email the recipient their voucher reference and password so they can start spending!
Online Gift Vouchers
Gift Certificates can be purchased easily online, just as though you were purchasing a regular product. Just select the price denomination you require (found in the Voucher section of the website) and follow the simple checkout process! It’s that easy and it makes a great gift, particularly if you’ve got a golf junkie to buy for, but you’re not sure of the exact specification they want or need!
If you’re lucky enough to have received a gift certificate and are ready to use it, all you need is the reference and password. Once you have made your selection and started the checkout process, you will be prompted for a voucher reference and password. All you are required to do is enter the requested information and apply the voucher and the relevant amount will be deducted from your total!
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue giving you plenty of time recipient to choose their gift(s)!

Delivery Information
Onlinegolf provide an efficient delivery service to customers within the UK and countries within the EU. Using Interlink Express or Royal Mail, they are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and Standard 2-5 Working Day delivery for the majority of their UK based customers.
For their EU customers they use the highly reputable TNT delivery service, providing an effective track and trace delivery service to 21 countries within the EU and a competitive 3-6 working day timeframe
Free delivery is available subject to postcode – these deliveries are made using the UK Standard 3 to 5 day delivery service. A full list of delivery charges to the UK mainland and Europe is available on their website
