How do I order O2 Home Broadband?
It’s easy to order O2 Home Broadband online. First they’ll check you can get their service. Then they’ll ask you to fill in their order form. The whole process only takes a few minutes.

There are a few things you’ll need to hand:

• The number of the BT line you want to use for broadband
• Your home address. O2 will also need the delivery address if you want the Welcome Pack sent somewhere different
